Berlin Boss Babes - The Power of Sensitivity
Get in touch with us!
Let's look behind the scenes of entrepreneurship with courage and vulnerability and emerge stronger together as a community!
When: Thursday, 13th March 18:30 -22:00
Where: Denizen Eiswerk
Hi boss babes 👋🏽
Let me start with a truth I strongly believe in: Sensitivity is not a weakness — it’s a strength. But the current build of the world is not supporting that. And it's time to change that.
Most professional spaces are built for speed, “efficiency,” and constant stimulation — environments we may not always be able to change. But while we have limited influence over these spaces, we have full power over how we show up in them. What if your ability to feel deeply, think profoundly, and notice the unseen wasn’t something to suppress, but a powerful advantage to harness?
This event is designed specifically for boss babes on the sensitivity spectrum (no matter your current professional situation), whether you identify as highly sensitive, deeply empathetic, emotionally perceptive, or simply more attuned to your surroundings than most.
I’ve put a lot of thought into creating an experience that honors how sensitive people process and connect best — with intentional pacing, a soothing atmosphere, and a format that allows for deep reflection and meaningful conversation.
Because sensitivity isn’t something to overcome — it’s something to embrace.
✨ To make this event as impactful and intimate as possible, I’ve made the intentional decision to decrease our standard attendee number from 50 to just 25. This will allow for deeper conversations, stronger connections, and a space where everyone truly feels seen. ✨
🦋 Reflect at our “How Sensitivity Shows Up for Me” wall → As you settle into the event space, take a moment to recognize how sensitivity plays a role in your professional life — whether through deep empathy, heightened awareness, or the ability to read a room. You’ll have the option to share your reflections or simply absorb the insights of others.
🦋 Enjoy a grounding exercise to release stress and energy that's not yours → Sensitivity often means absorbing more — emotions, stress, and the unspoken dynamics in a room. We’ll start the evening with a meditation to release what’s not yours and create a sense of balance before diving in.
🦋 Get inspired by a fireside chat featuring an HSP community member → Hear from a fellow sensitive about both the challenges and strengths of navigating work, leadership, and entrepreneurship with deep emotional and sensory awareness.
🦋 Lean into facilitated small group discussions that allow for deep and meaningful conversations → In intimate groups, we’ll explore questions like:
💭 How does sensitivity show up in my work & leadership?
💭 Where do I struggle to set boundaries & protect my energy?
💭 How can I shift my perspective to see sensitivity as a strength, not a burden?
🦋 Receive coaching insights from me: How to own your sensitivity as a (self-)leadership superpower → Sensitivity isn’t something to “fix” or suppress — it’s a powerful asset when channeled correctly.
🌼 A deeper, more self-compassionate understanding of your sensitivity: How it shapes your work, leadership, and relationships, and how to embrace it as a strength rather than a challenge.
🌼 Practical strategies for navigating the workplace as a sensitive professional: From setting boundaries without guilt to protecting your energy in high-stimulation environments.
🌼 Personalized insights on how to work with, not against, your sensitivity: So you can lead, collaborate, and make decisions in a way that feels natural and empowering.
🌼 A network of like-minded, deeply empathetic women: Genuine connections with others who understand what it’s like to feel deeply, think profoundly, and navigate the world differently.
This event isn’t just something I’m creating — it’s something I deeply believe in.
As a coach, trainer, and community leader, I’ve worked with countless sensitive women navigate professional spaces that weren’t built for them. I’ve heard the stories of being dismissed, absorbing too much, feeling unseen or overwhelmed, and the exhaustion of constantly adapting.
We need change, but this kind of transformation doesn’t happen in isolation. We heal and grownn, and create impact in community. This event is about sharing our experiences, redefining success on our own terms, and standing together in our strengths.
And it links back to one of the most important life skills: Self-leadership. It’s about knowing yourself deeply and showing up in ways that feel true. And that starts here 💜
🍷 Your ticket includes one free drink (alcoholic or non-alcoholic). Additional beverages and snacks can be purchased at the bar.
💻 Our host location, Denizen House, is a communal space designed for work, refreshment, and recreation. By booking the event, you’ll receive a complimentary coworking Day Pass, giving you access to common areas and unlimited hot beverages. 👧🏽🐶 Kids and furry friends are welcome!
🌈 This event is for women and non-binary folks, creating a space where those traditionally underrepresented in professional and leadership settings can come together in solidarity. If you resonate with this space, you belong here.
💸 Ask your employer to cover your ticket! Many companies have budgets for professional development, mental well-being, or DEI initiatives. This event is an opportunity to build resilience, develop leadership skills, and connect with a like-minded community—so don’t hesitate to request reimbursement.
💜 If cost is a barrier, please reach out to tamara@berlinbossbabes.co — I’ll do my best to find a solution.
I can't wait to see you on the 13th of March!!
Lots of love,
Tamara
