How much in advance must I order Denizen catering?
Our catering orders are typically processed every Thursday. Ideally, we recommend placing your order one week in advance of your event to ensure a smooth experience. While we do our best to accommodate adjustments made after this deadline, we cannot guarantee their availability.
Can you accommodate custom catering menu requests?
Yes, that is indeed possible. Our catering company covers everything from buffet-style arrangements to convenient grab-and-go choices and even formal sit-down dinners. If you have specific preferences, let us know, and we can create a custom proposal that suits your needs.
What is the catering cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy allows free cancellations up to a week before the event. After that, a 50% fee of the amount is charged. Cancellations a day before the event are non-refundable.
