A great space deserves to be shared
Do you love your office, but don’t want to be there all the time? Perhaps the rise of Work from Home means you have more free space than you’re used to? Maybe you just want to welcome some inspiring new guests?
Denizen currently serves the districts of Mitte and Kreuzberg. If you have spare space that could be put to better use, we will help you fill those empty seats so you can cut your operating costs, meet new people and reduce wasted energy.

Frequently asked questions
- What does Denizen mean?
A Denizen is an inhabitant or frequenter of a particular place: a resident in a neighborhood, a maven of a museum, a regular at a bar.
- Why now, why Denizen?
The way we work and live is changing at an unprecedented pace. Optimizing the use of your own space while connecting with people in your neighbourhood is our take on how a modern city should operate.
- What are the benefits of becoming a Denizen?
We are a team of hoteliers, on a mission to bring hospitality into the neighbourhood. By joining us as an early adopter, you will have a direct influence on how we connect a local community to share space and experiences. In return for this, we are very keen to provide our early Denizens with great service, an exciting network and assistance with the sustainable use of your space.
- What does a managed service include?
This means that we want to take care of all the hassles you face with regards to office management. We will take care of creating the content for you, managing availability and being the first point of contact for the Denizens renting out your space. Additionally, we are open to discuss any other inquiries which you’d be happy to hand over to us.
- What are the requirements?
As long as there is Wi-Fi, a coffee machine and a bathroom, you’re good to go! Your space will be used the same way you would use it.
- What do you consider to be a „space“?
A space can be anything: an empty desk, a private office, a meeting room that is not used regularly, or any kind of open and creative space, which allows our users to use their imagination.
