Your go-to community for career, business and money is back with another event that's all about firing up your inspiration, learning and growing with other like-minded women, and feeling less alone and overwhelmed in the big and complicated word of business 💥

Now, when was the last time that you were scrolling through your social media feed and got bombarded with images of entrepreneurs living their best lives? Sipping lattes in trendy co-working spaces, attending high-profile conferences, and sealing deals with investors who seem to have an insatiable appetite for funding the next big thing 🚀

And here you are, feeling like you must be doing something wrong since ...

🤯 You’re working with your laptop from your bedroom floor while your partner with the “real job” is occupying the only table in the apartment

🤯 You’re freaking out about how to pay the bills next month and whether you should go back to the safety of your old job

🤯 You should be seeing customers but instead you want to see your therapist

🤯 You signed up for your favorite kundalini yoga class but you end up again with the caretaking and household responsibilities.

And then there are those moments where you suddenly feel overcome by an extra layer of complexity: In the mostly male-dominated world of business you feel like trying to find your footing in a room full of people speaking a foreign language and a nasty voice keeps whispering in your ear that you’re an impostor.

It’s time to debunk the myths and look at how things really are: The good, the difficult … and yes, also the ugly stuff. In a world that often romanticizes success, it’s time that we peel back the layers together and GET REAL.

Our upcoming event Women in Business Uncensored is inviting us to do that together as a community on the evening of October 2. Three female entrepreneurs will share stories on stage that unveil their hardships and struggles and, hopefully, by daring to be vulnerable, create a space for genuine connection and support. The talks will be followed by a group discussion and a Q&A that will be all about you sharing your stories as well and finding tangible strategies and solutions for our challenges together 🦋

Our hope is also that you will walk away from the event more confident and courageous knowing that your struggles are perfectly normal and with new connections and a sense of community that will support you on your business journey 🐝

Afterwards: Let's hang out, enjoy some drinks and cultivate that sisterhood energy that makes the Berlin Boss Babes community so unique. Also, our speakers will be available to take more questions and support you with any ongoing challenges 👩🏽‍🤝‍👩🏿💕

🌈 If you don't identify as a woman: Berlin Boss Babes was created as a platform for women but I'm aware that we share many of the same challenges with other underrepresented groups and minorities. About the host

Tamara Rose Morales is the founder of Berlin Boss Babes and a business and leadership coach. Tamara spent more than a decade in venture building and talent development: In her early career, Tamara consulted large multinational corporations on incubating and scaling spin-offs and later, she focused on supporting tech companies with their growth and talent strategies. She experienced the day-to-day at a venture capital firm, various startups and as an external advisor. In 2020, Tamara founded Berlin Boss Babes, a social impact consulting business that accelerates the professional and financial advancement of women. In her capacity as a coach, Tamara works with female experts, leaders, and founders that want to fast-track growth and success and, at the same time, cultivate wellbeing and purpose. She also acts as an organizational consultant for companies who want to empower marginalized groups and create a more inclusive workplace culture.
