About the event

Think about a book that genuinely changed how you show up at work. Maybe it shifted how you lead, or gave you language for something you'd felt for years but couldn't name. Most of us have one. And usually, the best part isn't the book itself. It's what happens when you tell someone about it and they say, "wait, that's exactly what I needed to hear."

That's what Books & Beyond is about.

We're starting a peer learning space within Culture First Berlin, built around the books that shape how we work and the cultures we build together. The point isn't to read the most or sound the smartest. It's to learn from each other, one book at a time.

This first meetup is where we build it together. You'll get to know the community, shape what this club becomes, and help decide where we go from here. Come curious, come as you are, and stay for the conversations afterwards.

A little prep: Think about the one book that inspired you the most. Be ready to share 2 or 3 things that changed for you because of it, whether that's a shift in mindset or something you actually started doing differently.
