Hi boss babes 👋🏽

As we gear up for Women's History Month, I'm thrilled (and honestly, a bit emotionally charged) to invite you to a very special experience that's not just an event but an alchemical process that's born not just from my personal journey as a woman through the corporate and start-up worlds but also from my profound experiences working as a coach for women. Having navigated the myriad challenges we face at work and in business and armed with insights from countless clients who've shared their struggles with me, this event is a heartfelt attempt at collective healing and reaching for more power 🐉

Our gathering is a tribute to International Women's Day, a time to confront and heal from the systemic issues that wear on us daily, but just as much an opportunity to redefine and reclaim our power. Whether you're in a corporate job or a start-up, running your own business, taking a career break, studying, or finding your path, this event is for you ❣️

💡 A few days before the event I will send out participant forms asking you about your current challenges so that I can curate the sub-groups based on similar professional backgrounds and create an even more intimate and personalized experience.

🍷 Included in your ticket is one free drink (non-alcoholic or alcoholic) and one snack. More beverages/snacks can be purchased at the bar.

💻 Our host location Denizen House is a communal place providing work, refreshment, and recreational facilities throughout the day. On the day of our workshop, you can get a day pass for 15€ instead of 19€. Enjoy the comfort of common rooms and unlimited hot beverages!

🌈 Berlin Boss Babes was created as a space for women and FLINTA (an umbrella term for the LGBTQIA+ folks who aren’t cisgender men). Underrepresented groups and minorities often share the same challenges and it's important we stand together and support each other.

About the host

Tamara Rose Morales is the founder of Berlin Boss Babes and a business and leadership coach. Tamara spent more than a decade in venture building and talent development: In her early career, Tamara consulted large multinational corporations on incubating and scaling spin-offs and later, she focused on supporting tech companies with their growth and talent strategies. She experienced the day-to-day at a venture capital firm, various startups and as an external advisor. In 2020, Tamara founded Berlin Boss Babes, a social impact consulting business that accelerates the professional and financial advancement of women. In her capacity as a coach, Tamara works with female experts, leaders, and founders that want to fast-track growth and success and, at the same time, cultivate wellbeing and purpose. She also acts as an organizational consultant for companies who want to empower marginalized groups and create a more inclusive workplace culture.
