About the event
Mounting is an essential technique for works created on thin paper. It strengthens the paper and enhances the work’s beauty. In this special workshop, you will learn how to mount art works such as calligraphy and ink wash paintings.
If you already have any calligraphy or ink wash paintings, please bring them along. If you do not have any, you can write your chosen characters at the beginning of the calligraphy session and then mount them.
Please note!
Mounted works must be left to dry for a while. You will be able to collect your dried works from the evening of Friday 13 November onwards.
