About the event

In this 2-hour workshop, guided by Leonie (@a_balanced_mind), you’ll explore how your breath can become a powerful tool to understand and regulate your emotions. Combining psychological insights and practical breathwork techniques, we’ll first dive into the science of emotional regulation and then embody it through guided breathing practices.

During the session you will:

  • 💭 Discover how the autonomic nervous system shapes stress and emotions
  • 💭 Learn to use your breath as a direct tool to calm or energize your system
  • 💭 Gain psychological insights on emotional regulation for daily life
  • 💭 Practice guided breathwork to navigate emotional waves and stress with more ease
  • 💭 Take home practical techniques for more calm, clarity, and self-efficacy

About the host

Ana Feijoo

For Ana, sharing yoga is about creating a safe space where students can immerse themselves in the present moment and work towards personal growth and introspection. Through asana, pranayama, and mindfulness, she guides them towards the ultimate goal of meditation. Her classes, whether Vinyasa, Yin, or Jivamukti's Spiritual Warrior, integrate breath and movement in a way that fosters deep awareness and inner peace.
