Welcoming 2026 - Yoga & Journaling
This 90-minute special class combines a strengthening, heart-opening yoga flow with guided visualization and a short journaling practice to connect with your best 2026. Through mindful movement and breath, we create space to tune into what we want to invite, embody, and grow into in the year ahead.
The practice offers time to explore intentions and inner qualities rather than fixed goals. We close with grounding restorative postures and deep relaxation to support integration and clarity.
All levels welcome.

For Ana, sharing yoga is about creating a safe space where students can immerse themselves in the present moment and work towards personal growth and introspection. Through asana, pranayama, and mindfulness, she guides them towards the ultimate goal of meditation. Her classes, whether Vinyasa, Yin, or Jivamukti's Spiritual Warrior, integrate breath and movement in a way that fosters deep awareness and inner peace.
