Come join us for a cozy, soulful evening at the studio as we launch our first Yoga Book Club & Exchange.
This 2-hour gathering blends connection, inspiration, and shared stories. We’ll slow down, sip tea, and explore one of three book options together (see our Instagram to vote!). You don’t need to finish the book in advance — just bring your curiosity and presence.
There’ll be time to browse and swap books — so bring 1–3 you’d love to pass on, and maybe leave with something new.

For Ana, sharing yoga is about creating a safe space where students can immerse themselves in the present moment and work towards personal growth and introspection. Through asana, pranayama, and mindfulness, she guides them towards the ultimate goal of meditation. Her classes, whether Vinyasa, Yin, or Jivamukti's Spiritual Warrior, integrate breath and movement in a way that fosters deep awareness and inner peace.
