Self-Massage & Myofascial Release (MFR)

Discover the art of releasing tension, improving mobility, and supporting your body’s natural healing through self-massage and myofascial release techniques. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn practical tools to ease tight muscles, enhance flexibility, and promote relaxation using simple props such as therapy balls, foam rollers, and your own body weight.

Guided step-by-step, you’ll explore methods that target common areas of tightness—neck, shoulders, back, hips, and legs—while gaining a deeper understanding of fascia (the connective tissue that surrounds and supports your muscles). Whether you’re an athlete, desk worker, or simply seeking relief from everyday aches, this class will leave you feeling lighter, more balanced, and empowered with techniques you can use anytime.

About the host‍

Ana Feijoo

For Ana, sharing yoga is about creating a safe space where students can immerse themselves in the present moment and work towards personal growth and introspection. Through asana, pranayama, and mindfulness, she guides them towards the ultimate goal of meditation. Her classes, whether Vinyasa, Yin, or Jivamukti's Spiritual Warrior, integrate breath and movement in a way that fosters deep awareness and inner peace.
