What to Expect :

Discover how to paint birds with watercolors  while developing key illustration skills in this five-week workshop. Guided by Berlin-based illustrator and bird enthusiast Maximiliana Martiskova, you'll explore watercolor fundamentals through the study of birds—their shapes, anatomy, and character.

Each session combines hands-on techniques with guided observation, helping you build confidence and create expressive images. You’ll also gain birdwatching insights, learning to identify key features like beak shape, silhouette, and plumage, and how to translate them into your own visual language.

By the end, you'll have a small illustrated series and a deeper appreciation for both art and birds.
