This circle is a gentle gathering for anyone carrying grief — recent or long-held — who is seeking a safe space to be with it. It will be guided by Jenny, someone who has moved through loss and learned to hold it with compassion, softness, and presence.
Together, we will create a space for reflection, connection, and emotional release through guided breathing, meditation, sound, and expressive writing. You are welcome exactly as you are — there is no need to share anything aloud unless you feel called to.
This circle is for anyone whose grief hasn’t yet found a home within. You don’t have to carry it alone.

For Ana, sharing yoga is about creating a safe space where students can immerse themselves in the present moment and work towards personal growth and introspection. Through asana, pranayama, and mindfulness, she guides them towards the ultimate goal of meditation. Her classes, whether Vinyasa, Yin, or Jivamukti's Spiritual Warrior, integrate breath and movement in a way that fosters deep awareness and inner peace.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 48 hours before the event. For cancellations made after this period or in the case of a no-show, we unfortunately won’t be able to offer a refund, as preparations will already have been finalized. Thank you for your understanding!
